• Cancellations made less than 5 days before the workshop are non-refundable due to material preparation and scheduling.
• If a workshop is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
• Custom & Handmade Products:
• Due to the personalized nature of our handcrafted products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
• If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or store credit.
• Shipping Delays & Issues:
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, but we will provide tracking information and assist in resolving any shipping concerns.
