Refunds are available if requested at least 5 business days before the workshop date.
Cancellations made less than 5 days before the workshop are non-refundable due to material preparation and scheduling.
If a workshop is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Custom & Handmade Products:
Due to the personalized nature of our handcrafted products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or store credit.
