All workshops run between 45 to 90 minutes and should be scheduled for a 90-minute block.
Workshops start on the hour, every two hours, beginning at 9:00 AM and concluding at 7:00 PM.
Available Monday through Saturday.
Sunday events are available upon request—please call for scheduling.
Some workshops may require a follow-up session at no additional cost to the client.

Pre-registration is required; walk-ins are not accepted.
Same-day workshops may be available—please call (314) 780-5307 for inquiries.
Completion time may vary based on the learner’s individual pace.
Additional drying time may be required for certain projects.

On-site workshops have a maximum capacity of 5 participants.
Off-site group sessions are available exclusively for corporate events and private bookings.
For corporate and event rates, please complete the form and indicate your request in the subject line.
A minimum of 5 participants is required for off-site workshops to proceed.
Some workshops may not be suitable for younger learners.

Workshops:
Refunds are available if requested at least 5 business days before the workshop date.
Cancellations made less than 5 days before the workshop are non-refundable due to material preparation and scheduling.
If a workshop is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Custom & Handmade Products:
Due to the personalized nature of our handcrafted products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or store credit.
Shipping Delays & Issues:
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, but we will provide tracking information and assist in resolving any shipping concerns.
